Background
Malaria Elimination Demonstration Project (MEDP) is a first-of-its-kind Public-Private-Partnership between the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP), and the Foundation for Disease Elimination and Control of India (FDEC-India), which is established by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. as a not-for-profit entity.
Intervention
The team at Zivanta Analytics cogently developed and designed the Annual Report 2018-2019 to bring out the unique feature is the focus on public-private partnership where all partners share resources and responsibilities that contribute towards the success of the project.

The Annual Report 2018-2019, highlights the strategies and the process followed to successfully bring down malaria cases in Mandla district. The report accentuates the fact that a combination of surveillance and case management, integrated vector management, evidence-based decision-making, multi-sectoral collaboration, advocacy, social mobilization, capacity building coupled with efficient operations management is required for achieving malaria elimination.
