The role requires the incumbent to innovate and help evolve critical solutions from concept to scale.
The person will be responsible for project planning, data collection, project execution including independent client interface and team management.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience of working in the development sector.
- Experience in working with NGO/community and other key stakeholders to undertake various community development activities as per the project design.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills, fluency in local language & English.
- Self-motivated & ability to work in a team.
- Reporting Skills and partial Computer skills.
- Good understanding of society (especially weaker sections)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Social Sciences/Social work or any other relevant field
- Good communication and reporting writing skills
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong planning and programme management skills
- Experience in leadership and management roles
- Good budget monitoring and planning skills
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good skills in basic computer applications
- Knowledge of some regional language is a must
